Design-Assist Projects

• Nexen: Supreme Group worked with designers from Colt/Nexen to achieve the most effective cost and schedule-driven design.
• EnCana's "The Bow" project: The project's design was not advanced enough at the tender stage to allow the client to move to a traditional fixed price. Supreme Group was chosen for this project because the EnCana believed Supreme Group could offer the best input to achieve project success. Supreme Group (in joint venture with Walters Group) engaged early with the owner, contractor, design engineer and architect to jointly tackle the design challenges. Supreme Group assisted in creating efficiencies in engineering, fabrication, logistics and installation of steel with regard for other trades (i.e. curtain wall, fireproofing, etc.).

Our main competitors for these projects are pre-engineered building suppliers, but they often do not have the capacity to manage interior steel, conveyors or bins. This results in the client having to manage various suppliers. Supreme Group can be a complete solution for such clients.
