Supreme Group Expands Operations Through two Recent Acquisitions

Supreme Group is proud to announce two recent additions to its organization of companies. These acquisitions will allow Supreme Group to service an even larger geographical area and will significantly increase its overall production capacity.

Supreme Steel Edmonton's Children's Christmas Party

Supreme Group Bridge Division Repairs CP Bridge

On October 11 2011, the south span of a two span CP rail bridge was impacted near midspan by a backhoe on a flat bed trailer travelling east. The accident occurred just east of Lloydminster on the Yellowhead Highway. The impact of the collision knocked the span off the concrete pier and abutment. The track suspended the structure and prevented the span from contacting the highway.

Steel Day 2011 A Success, Congrats to iPad Draw Winner!

Supreme Group would like to give a BIG thank you to everyone who visited our three Edmonton-area facilities, Supreme Steel Bridge Division, Quality Fabricating & Supply, and Supreme Steel Acheson! Over 200 professionals and students attended our annual Steel Day events on September 23rd, while thousands of architects, engineers, contractors and students attended at the hundreds of other Steel Day events taking place across Canada and the United States.

Supreme Group to Participate in Steel Day 2011

Several Supreme Group opcos will be hosting Steel Day events on September 23, inlcuding Supreme Steel Acheson, Supreme Steel Bridge Division, Quality Fabricating and Supply, and Canron Delta.

As announced on February 22, Supreme Group is pleased to have been named one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies. This award is a testament to our tremendous growth in recent years.

Supreme Group will be attending the 50 Best Managed Companies Awards Gala on March 29, 2011 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto.

The 2011 Alberta Region CISC Steel Design Awards of Excellence were held in Edmonton on March 24. These awards represent and promote the structural steel industry within Alberta and across Canada by recognizing exceptional talent and ingenuity in steel design, and the innovative use of steel in addressing a variety of construction challenges.

Supreme Group and Williams Engineering launch WE-Supreme Joint Venture

Supreme Group and Williams Engineering International Inc. Are proud to announce the beginning of the WE-Supreme Joint Venture. This collaborative project will see Supreme Group and Williams engineering working with groups in Haiti to assist with the country's rebuilding efforts. You can view the news release here.
