Supreme Steel Vancouver, located in Delta BC, is currently looking for an organized, versatile, and efficient team player to join our Administration team in the position of Accounting and Operations Administrator. Responding to dual demands, this position is responsible for administering the day to day tasks in accounting, and keeping the office functions organized. Possessing strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, this position will support accounting tasks such as coding payables, receivables, invoicing, and other reporting duties. As well, this position will support production needs and office requirements such as entering time, answering phones, greeting at the front desk, coordinating couriers, organizing office supplies, supporting staff needs, vendor management, and being a focal liaison for correspondence and communication.

Process payroll on a weekly and bi-weekly basis for union and non-union employees
Understand and implement collective bargaining agreements
Full cycle in-house payroll, including T-4s and ROEs
Administer the remittances of union payments, garnishments and source deductions
Balance payroll general ledger accounts
Respond to employee and management payroll related inquiries
Take ownership of various payroll duties and provide recommendations for improving processes
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience processing high volume payroll
PCP is required with CPM preferred
Experience processing US payroll
Experience working within a unionized, manufacturing or construction industry
Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance
Above average organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and maintain accuracy while adhering to strict deadlines
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

Supreme Group LP, located in Acheson, Alberta, is currently looking for an innovative team player to join our growing IT Department in the position of IT Helpdesk Technician Level I or II. This position is responsible for timely and effective resolutions to end-user technical support of desktop computers, applications and related technology. This will be accomplished by performing question/problem diagnosis, guiding users through to issue resolution, communicating technical solutions in user-friendly language, and conducting end-user training where necessary. The position's responsibilities require independent analysis, communication and problem solving. Work requires some local travel, is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.
The applicant should be capable of supporting Microsoft based workstations and applications. This includes the process of ordering, deploying and troubleshooting PC software and hardware as well as printers. A Plus certification and additional knowledge of CAD software would be considered assets but are not required.
Preferred candidates will have:
Excellent communication skills
Own transportation as some travel within the city is required.
2 years of IT support related experience
Hardware and Software troubleshooting experience
Familiar with current Microsoft Office & Operating systems (Office 2007-2013 and Windows 7-8.1)
